Here at Braly Image Group we are committed to the safety of our clients and our crews, and we are strictly adhering to all CDC recommended protocols.
As part of that effort, we are encouraging all of our crew members to comply with the following guidelines on every shoot:
No crew members are permitted to work who currently have symptoms of COVID-19
No crew members may be present who have knowingly been in close contact with anyone with COVID-19 in the past 15 days
Crew members will wear recommended protective face masks and gloves, and will observe all recommended hygiene protocols – hand washing, sneezing or coughing into sleeve, and will employ liberal use of hand-sanitizer
Whenever possible, video shoots will be pre-lit and surfaces sanitized before the talent arrives
Our make-up artist & stylist will use a face mask, sterile equipment, and frequently use hand sanitizer before and after application
Audio will be recorded via boom mic only to avoid contact. If wireless microphones are necessary, the mics, as well as transmitters, will be sanitized before and after each use
No physical contact on set and a distance of 6′ or more from the talent will be maintained as much as possible
A small footprint using minimal crew members will be used on any shoot location
We know this is an uncertain time for everyone, and even with precautions, some clients and crews may still not feel comfortable with a physical crew in the room. If you do need video production, but are not quite ready for personnel to be in your proximity, we can employ completely remote-controlled camera packages that are sterilized to abide by increased social distancing guidelines if you prefer. We are looking forward to moving into what will be our new normal of location production and getting back to the business of creating award winning content for our clients very soon. Thank you for being patient and relying on our services for your video and animation needs.
Stay safe, Chris Braly
